1. Who we are

This website is an independent information site about the Amberwood at Holland development. It is not operated by the developer, Sim Lian JV (Holland) Pte. Ltd. It is operated on behalf of CEA-licensed real estate salespersons, who handle all enquiries.

2. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, Singapore mobile number, email address, the unit type you are interested in, what you have asked for (such as a price list, floor plans or a viewing request), and your consent to be contacted. We also receive basic technical information your browser sends, such as the page address and time of submission.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and send you the information you asked for.
• To contact you about this enquiry by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, as you agreed on the form.
• To arrange a showflat viewing if you requested one. A viewing is confirmed only after we contact you.

We do not sell your personal data. We collect only what is needed to answer your enquiry.

4. Consent and withdrawal

You give consent by ticking the box on the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the contact above. After withdrawal we will stop contacting you about the enquiry, subject to any legal requirement to keep records.

5. Do Not Call

We will contact you only about the enquiry you submitted and in line with the consent you gave. If your number is on the Do Not Call Registry, your clear consent on this form allows us to reply to your enquiry by phone or message.

6. Third-party services

This site does not embed third-party maps or other third-party content, and does not currently use analytics or advertising pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

7. Who we share it with

Your details are shared only with the CEA-licensed salesperson handling your enquiry and, where needed, their estate agency. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

8. Keeping and protecting your data

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, use or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law. The retention period will be stated here by the operator before enquiries are accepted.

9. Access and correction

You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you by writing to the contact above. We will respond as required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
